April 30 - May 2, 2010 - The Great Western Alpaca Show - Welcome back to all those 249 farms from the 2009 show. Join your fellow breeders from 29 states at one of AOBA's major alpaca shows as we celebrate the coming of May with a great show and lively Saturday night party!
May 21-23, 2010 - AOBA National Show in Fort Wayne, IN - This years National Show will held in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They are expecting over 2,500 halter entries and 2000 fleece entries. This is a great opportunity to see the country's best animals, so check it out if you are close.
June 19-20, 2010 - Paca Buddies 2010 - Paca Buddies will be back at the Arapahoe County Fairgournds in Aurora, Colorado for this year's event. Some 30 farms and vendors will have alpacas, alpaca products, demonstrations, free seminars, 4-H and more. The show is free and so is parking, so why are you even thinking about it, just go.
Alpaca Shearing - If you are interested in watching (and helping) as we shear some 80-90 alpacas just contact us and we will be able to give you more information and dates (probably the middle of May).
